Andrea Watt

As the chief talent management officer at True, Andrea sets the strategic direction of our people function and oversees global talent acquisition, learning and development, culture, DE&I, and leadership coaching. Andrea has 20 years of talent management experience in the professional services industry, and has established a track record of developing and executing talent strategies that deliver measurable ROI. Andrea specializes in delivering solutions that create competitive advantage in the market and that allow organizations to scale and drive sustainable growth.

Previously Andrea was a managing vice president at Gartner where she led a global HR team supporting Gartner’s fastest growing global business serving C-suite executives in HR, finance, legal, marketing, communications and sales.

Prior to Gartner, Andrea spent 15 years at CEB, where she held numerous leadership roles driving global, company-wide initiatives aimed at solving complex talent problems. Andrea is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and currently resides in the Washington, DC area.
