Leanne Wong

Leanne Wong is a business executive who currently serves as the Vice President of Performance Management and Learning & Development at True Platform. Leanne has also held positions at Cornell Tech, the Co-Active Training Institute, and Forbes Coaches Council.

Wong began their career at MC Partners, a recruitment consultancy focused on cloud technology, where they served as a Founding Partner. In this role, they were responsible for leading growth in key US markets and developing partnerships with clients. Leanne also coached senior candidates on career decisions.

In 2018, Wong took on the role of MBA Coach at Cornell Tech, where they worked with student teams to turn their startup ideas into companies. Leanne then joined the Forbes Coaches Council, before taking their current position at True Platform.

At True Platform, Wong is responsible for overseeing performance management and learning & development initiatives. Leanne has been instrumental in developing the company's performance management system and has created several programs to help employees develop their skills and knowledge.

Under Wong's leadership, True Platform has become a leading provider of performance management software and services. The company has helped thousands of organizations improve their performance and achieve their goals.
