Phil Rossi-Tall

Phil Rossi-Tall Dip PFS has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Phil started their career as a Propulsion Engineer in the Royal Air Force, serving from 1984 to 1996. After leaving the military, they worked as a Sales Associate at Abbey Life from 1996 to 1998 and then as an Area Manager at Pearl Assurance for a short period in 1998.

Moving into the financial services industry, Phil worked as an Independent Financial Advisor from 1998 to 2006, primarily advising solicitors, accountants, and their clients on investment business and trust schemes. During this time, they also generated clients through sponsorships with sports clubs, local advertising, and seminars.

In 2007, they became a Financial Services Recruitment Consultant at XL-Recruitment, where they specialized in recruiting for financial services roles. Phil successfully gained new business contracts and managed national contracts as well as local opportunities in the South West of England and Wales until April 2016.

From April 2016 to December 2018, Phil joined Forester Life as an Area Manager, responsible for managing a team of nine financial advisers in sales and administration in the East Midlands. Phil achieved team sales targets, recruited and trained advisers, and ensured compliance with FCA regulations.

After leaving Forester Life, Phil worked as a Financial Adviser at Fiducia CFP from April 2019 to June 2020 before joining True Potential LLP in July 2020 as a Regional Sales Director.

Throughout their career, Phil has demonstrated expertise in financial services, including sales, recruitment, team management, and compliance.

Phil Rossi-Tall Dip PFS attended Kent School Hostert in Germany from 1980 to 1983. It is not specified what degree or field of study they pursued during this time. Additionally, they have obtained additional certifications including NLP Master Practitioner from Achology in May 2020 and CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning from Chartered Insurance Institute in April 2019.
