Sean Montgomery

Sean Montgomery has extensive experience in compliance and operations management, currently serving as Compliance Officer and Operations Manager at True Potential LLP since February 2011. In these roles, Sean has focused on ensuring that all work meets regulatory and quality standards while enhancing operational systems and processes. Prior to this, Sean was a Team Lead at the NHS, contributing to the management of a fracture clinic. Sean holds a degree in Criminology and Social Research from Northumbria University, completed in 2010.
