Christina Esposito has a diverse work experience within the lacrosse industry. Christina began their career as a Marketing Assistant at Waldner's Business Environments in 2019. From there, they went on to hold various roles in coaching and leadership positions. In 2019, they became the Head Women's Lacrosse Coach at St. Dominic High School, where they led the team to win their first-ever regular season, Catholic AA championships, and New York State Championship. Christina also served as the Club Team Head Coach at Long Island Yellow Jackets, helping the team reach the number one ranking in Long Island and NY. In 2020, Christina took on the role of Director and Head Coach at the Long Island Jester Girls United Lacrosse Club, where they restructured the club and focused on creating a positive developmental environment. Additionally, they worked as the Vice President of Marketing at Qudos Technologies Inc. and as the Women's Lacrosse Director at Luuply. Christina also founded and managed Lacrosse Authority, an online training company that provides services to a national audience. Throughout their various roles, they demonstrated expertise in coaching, marketing, brand visibility, and customer relations. In 2023, they joined Stony Brook University as an Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach.
Christina Esposito pursued their education chronologically, starting in 2012 when they enrolled at Northwestern University. Over the course of four years, from 2012 to 2016, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies. Following their undergraduate studies, Christina decided to further enhance their knowledge in the field of sports administration. In 2016, they enrolled in Northwestern University once again, this time to pursue a Master's degree in Sports Administration. Christina completed this program in 2017.
