Owen Ley

Owen Ley is an experienced executive in product sourcing and operations management, currently serving as Vice President of Sourcing at PetWise, Inc. since July 2023. Prior to this role, Owen was Managing Director for China Operations and Asia Sourcing at TRUE Sports from December 2002 to July 2023, where significant achievements included the establishment of two greenfield manufacturing facilities and the strategic closure of one facility due to market fluctuations. Owen Ley holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tohoku University, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Beihang University.
