Benjamin Short has over 24 years of experience in operations and warehouse management, primarily with True Value Company. Beginning as a Merchandise Handler and advancing through various roles including Warehouse Team Lead and Warehouse Supervisor, Benjamin has developed a strong foundation in warehouse operations. Since February 2009, Benjamin has served as General Operations Manager, overseeing operational activities and ensuring efficiency within the organization. Prior to this, Benjamin held similar supervisory positions at True Value Company from August 1999 to July 2008.
