Rhett Follman

Rhett Follman has extensive work experience in logistics and supply chain management. Rhett most recently worked at True Value Company as the Divisional Vice President, overseeing inbound transportation operations and implementing new transportation strategies. Prior to that, they worked at XPO Logistics as a Senior Program Manager and Procurement Manager, responsible for purchasing truckload and LTL capacity for customers. Rhett also held various roles at Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, including Director of Logistics and Online Merchandising Manager. Follman began their career at Sears Holdings Corporation, where they held multiple roles in transportation and logistics management. Overall, Follman has a strong background in transportation, logistics operations, and supply chain strategy.

Rhett Follman earned a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Columbia College between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they attended Elgin Community College from 2004 to 2006, studying Business Management. In 2001 and 2002, they obtained a Diploma in Computer Programming/Web Development from Chubb Technical Institute.
