Brent Longnecker

Brent Longnecker is a highly accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and governance across various organizations. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of 1 Reputation, LLC, and Chairman of the LL12 Foundation, Brent is also the Founder and Chairman of the Tip of the Spear mentoring program, which emphasizes traditional mentorship and knowledge transfer. As Chairman of the Compensation and Governance Committees and a member of the Audit Committee for Genprex, Inc., Brent participates in developing innovative gene therapies for cancer and diabetes. With a notable role on the Board of Advisors for True Velocity and a writer for Soldiers' Angels, Brent has a commitment to impactful service. Previous positions include significant contributions to Longnecker & Associates as Owner, Chairman, and Technical Advisor, and leadership roles on various boards, including the National Association of Corporate Directors. Brent holds a BBA and MBA from the University of Houston and is pursuing further education at Harvard Business School.
