Vinit Patel

Vinit Patel is currently the Manager of Software Engineering at TrueAccord. Prior to this, they served as a Software Engineer Team Lead at New Relic, Inc. from October 2018 to July 2021. There, they were in charge of evolving the New Relic Logs UI through building and improving features. Their responsibilities included overseeing all UI improvements and features, collaborating with Product and Design on roadmap decisions, project scoping, and facilitating sprint planning and standup. Vinit also stayed up-to-date with the status of all on-going projects and raised risks early to the EM & Product.

Before their time at New Relic, Vinit Patel served as a Software Engineer Intern at Cisco from May 2017 to August 2017 and again from May 2016 to August 2016. Vinit also worked as a Technology Consultant at the University of Arizona from January 2015 to May 2015. Throughout their various roles, Vinit Patel has demonstrated their dedication to software engineering and their commitment to shipping features that align with customer needs. Vinit is a motivated leader who is always looking for ways to improve the delivery process and ensure the success of their team.

Vinit Patel graduated from Irvington High School and went on to get their Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Arizona.

Vinit Patel reports to Gene Linetsky, CTO. They work with Hal Eisen - VP, Engineering, Pavel Rodionov - Chief Architect, and Michal Bujak - Director, Engineering.
