Joe Chapuran

Joe Chapuran serves as a Senior Advisor at TrueAlgae and as an International Advisor for Western Forms, Inc. since October 2022. Since July 2017, Joe holds the position of Vice President, International at Integrated Trade Finance LLC, where responsibilities include overseeing international business development and corporate partnerships. Additionally, Joe has been an advisor at the Shizuoka International Business Association since January 2020, assisting Japanese companies with U.S. market entry. Previously, from March 1999 to June 2017, Joe managed the International Division of the Nebraska Department of Economic Development, facilitating international trade initiatives and coordination of trade missions under three Nebraska governors. Joe's educational background includes degrees in International Business from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, specialized studies in Japanese Language and Economics from Shizuoka University, and further studies in Economics and European Military History from Palacký University Olomouc and the Leuven Irish Institute for European Studies.
