Natalie Carvalho has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Natalie started their career as an Assistant Buyer at Debenhams in 2011, where they focused on product development buying. Natalie then joined BHS Apparel in 2012 as a Senior Assistant Buyer. In 2013, Natalie worked as the Accessories Senior Buyer for Retail & ECOM Europe at Timberland.
From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Girlswear Buyer at Landmark Group, where they were responsible for product development buying for the Girlswear division. In 2016, Natalie joined Chalhoub Group as a Buyer, managing a large portfolio of 130 plus brands in apparel, footwear, and accessories.
Natalie's most recent role was at Mumzworld.com, where they started in 2018 as a Buyer/Business Development Manager. Natalie managed the Apparel and FMCG departments, overseeing buying, category management, and business development. Natalie also worked closely with marketing and social media teams to ensure brand exposure and successfully managed out-of-stock issues.
Currently, Natalie is the Head of Ecommerce at Truebell Marketing and Trading LLC, a position they have held since April 2020.
Natalie Carvalho obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Promotion from the University for the Creative Arts between 2005 and 2008.
