Tony Brew

Tony Brew, MBA has extensive work experience in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Tony is currently the Chief Diversity Officer at TrueBlue Inc., where they have been since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the same company from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining TrueBlue Inc., Tony held various leadership roles at Sovereign LLC. From 2015 to 2021, they served as the Head of Talent, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, where they collaborated with executive leadership and department managers to ensure smooth operations. Tony also spearheaded cultural change initiatives and provided guidance to management on creating inclusive spaces.

Prior to that, from 2009 to 2015, Tony served as the Vice President of Operations at Sovereign LLC, where they implemented best management practices and leveraged innovative technologies to achieve operational excellence.

Tony's earlier experience includes working as the Diversity & Inclusion Manager at BlackHawk Inc. from 2004 to 2009 and as the Human Resources Manager at the same company from 1999 to 2004.

Tony Brew, MBA, has a diverse education history. In 1998, they attended the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where they pursued a degree in Criminology, completing their studies in 2002. Following this, they enrolled in Temple University and obtained a Master's degree in Psychology, which they earned between 2004 and 2007. Tony's most recent educational achievement was an Executive Masters of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, which they pursued from 2018 to 2019.
