Trinette Kays James

Trinette Kays James currently serves as Senior Director of Customer Experience for both PeopleReady and PeopleManagement at TrueBlue Inc. since September 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure as Director of Customer Experience, Insights & Analytics at Ameritas, where Trinette was instrumental in establishing customer experience and data science departments, including a Voice of the Customer program. Trinette's background also encompasses leadership roles in operations and fundraising at various nonprofit organizations, including the American Heart Association and multiple United Way branches, contributing to their community outreach and fundraising efforts. Trinette holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Public Relations from Arizona State University.
