Andrew MacKenzie

Andrew Mackenzie serves as the Director of Corporate Counsel at TrueCar, Inc. since March 2020, providing strategic legal advice across various business units with an emphasis on proactive, business-oriented solutions. Previously, Andrew worked at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP as an Associate from September 2017 to March 2020, focusing on corporate practice, M&A, capital markets transactions, and general corporate governance. Andrew gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate at both Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Klee, Tuchin, Bogdanoff & Stern LLP in 2015 and 2016, respectively. Andrew holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Columbia Law School (2014-2017) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from UCLA (2010-2014).
