Stamatis Tsoumpris

Stamatis Tsoumpris has accumulated a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Stamatis began their career in 2006 as an Industrial Quality Controller at SGS. In 2008, they became the Procurement and Business Development Manager at ECOMEL S.A, where they brokered recovered raw materials and sourced new clients. Stamatis then worked as an International Product Manager at Thrace Group, developing trade relations and leading the product strategy. In 2014, they joined Precious Metals Greece as the Commercial Director and developed online commercial strategies and built partnerships. In 2016, they worked for Polyeco S.A. as a Key Account Manager. In 2017, they became the Commercial Director at VKC S.A. Stamatis then worked as the Sales and Resources Manager at K. KANELLAKIS S.A. from 2019 to 2020. Stamatis recently served as the Group Operations Director at Polygreen eco till 2023, where they oversaw the group's operations and business development.

Stamatis Tsoumpris earned a BA in Business Economics from The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2000-2003. From 2004-2005, they obtained a MSc in Management with a focus on Educational from The University of Salford. Later in 2012-2013, they pursued Maritime Studies with a specialization in Shipbroking & Chartering at the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
