Chris Gilmore has over 18 years of experience in the E-Commerce and customer success sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Implementations and Customer Success at TrueCommerce since November 2005. In this role, Chris ensures seamless client onboarding and long-term platform adoption. Prior to this position, Chris was the Support Team Lead, focusing on account management and process improvements, and also held the role of Senior Account Executive, specializing in sales and account management within a competitive SAAS model. Before joining TrueCommerce, Chris worked as an Account Manager at ComFit Learning, helping educational institutions with product adoption and customer experience. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Connecticut.
