Scott Molski

Scott Molski serves as the Assistant General Counsel at TrueCommerce since January 2022 and has been a referee for the United States Soccer Federation since January 1996. Previous roles include positions as AVP of Technology & Compliance and Senior Corporate Counsel at E2open, and Senior Corporate Counsel at INTTRA. Molski also worked as an Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Philadelphia, focusing on commercial law, intellectual property, and technology-related legal services. Early career experiences include sales leadership roles at Dillistone Systems and The Positive Internet Company, as well as legal internships in various organizations, including the Superior Court of New Jersey and Amtrak. Molski holds a JD from Drexel University and a BS from Stevens Institute of Technology.
