Sheila Karns-Gierek

Sheila Karns-Gierek has over 19 years of work experience. Sheila currently serves as the Vice President of Product and Director of Product Management for TrueDialog: Enterprise-Grade SMS Texting Platform since 2021. From 2016 to 2021, they were the Product Owner and Business Analyst for File & ServeXpress. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Firm Coordinator for File & ServeXpress. From 2002 to 2012, they were the File & Serve Firm Coordinator, Product and Training Specialist and Customer Support Consultant for LexisNexis. In their role as a Customer Support Consultant, they were responsible for mentoring, training and supporting internal teams, resolving client issues, developing and executing training for internal teams, dedicated 4th tier support for online filing products, and collecting, preparing and presenting statistical information on call volume and client relations.

Sheila Karns-Gierek attended the University of Mount Union from 1994 to 1996, where they earned a BA in Political Science. Sheila then attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a JD in Law. Additionally, they have a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance.
