Stephen Santini

Stephen Santini currently serves as Chief of Staff at TrueFort since August 2022 and has been the Managing Director at S7B LLC since October 2015, focusing on investments, advising, and consulting in the Cyber-Tech industry. Previously, at Wells Fargo, Santini held the position of Head of Enterprise Access Management from September 2016 to April 2020, managing enterprise Identity & Access Management and successfully closing two MRAs. Prior roles at Bank of America included Head of Access Management, where a significant MRA closure occurred, as well as leadership positions in Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Engineering. Santini began a career in technology at Salomon Brothers, overseeing Equity Derivatives technology operations in New York and London from March 1984 to January 1998.
