Muammar Omar

Muammar Omar is a highly experienced software engineer currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at TrueLayer since October 2022. Prior to this role, Muammar held positions as a Technical Lead Manager at Boden, where responsibilities included leading stock and order teams and serving as a Technical Design Authority member, and as a Senior Software Engineer at itim, focusing on multi-channel enablement platforms. Additional roles include Senior Software Engineer positions at Teamery and S1 Corporation, where Muammar contributed to card payment processing systems and CRM software for the outplacement industry. Earlier experience includes a Java Developer role at CSG International and foundational work as a VB .NET Developer. Muammar holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Computer Science, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cape Town.
