Joy Wilkie

Joy Wilkie has a diverse work experience. Joy began their career in 2010 as a Financial Aid Representative and Human Resources and Office Management Assistant at The King's College. In 2011, they took on the role of NYC Event Coordinator at Lifework Leadership. In 2013, Wilkie joined CareerSource Capital Region as a Sector Lead for Healthcare, IT, Professional Services, and Human Services and Team Lead for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act - Youth. Joy also held the role of Talent Acquisition Advisor. In 2014, Wilkie worked as a Research Assistant for Rural Poverty in the U.S.A. at Columbia University Press. In 2018, they joined Hotelbeds as a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor for the Americas and Talent Acquisition Advisor. Currently, Wilkie is the Director of People & Culture at Trueline.

Joy Wilkie obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from The King's College between 2008 and 2011. Joy also holds certifications from SHRM (SHRM-CP obtained in February 2021), LinkedIn (Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging obtained in June 2020; Coaching for Results obtained in April 2020; Women Helping Women Succeed in the Workplace obtained in January 2020; Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning obtained in November 2019), National Council for Behavioral Health (Youth Mental Health First Aid obtained in January 2016), McGraw-Hill Education CTB (TABE Administrator obtained in June 2014), and Dynamic Works Institute (Workforce Development Professional - Tier One Certification obtained in February 2014).
