Liz Fallon has worked in the media and marketing industry since 2003. Liz began their career at Purewire Publishing as a Senior Customer Service Representative, where they provided customer support and interacted with various client databases while maintaining accurate customer records. In 2013, they worked as a Knowledge Transfer for PureWire Publishing and Customer Service Representative Trainer at Ship Right Solutions, assisting in the transfer of customer records and training front-line CSR's. From 2014 to 2018, Fallon worked at Diversified Communications HQ as a Digital Content Coordinator and Customer Service Coordinator, coordinating webinar registration and implementation process on the Cisco WebEx platform, overseeing data and logistical aspects of webinar scheduling, and managing incoming customer service channels. Most recently, they have been a Managing Content Coordinator at Trueline since 2018, specializing in digital publications and custom media solutions.

Liz Fallon attended Bradford College in the United States, where they obtained a degree in Documentary Photography & Creative Non-Fiction.
