Lyor Itzhaki

Lyor Itzhaki has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a General Manager at Oren's Hummus Shop for a period of two years. In 2016, they transitioned into the field of business analysis, working as a Business Analyst at NICE Actimize for nearly two years. Lyor then moved on to ICL Group in 2018, where they served as a Global Operations Analyst for just over a year. In 2019, they shifted their career towards product management and joined ProgForce.com as a Product Manager, a role they held until 2020. In the same year, they worked as a Product Manager at AssemblyDrop for a period of six months. Currently, they are an Associate Product Manager at TrueML, where they have been responsible for the Recover CX product since January 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Product Operations Manager - B2B2C at TrueML from June 2020 to January 2022.

Lyor Itzhaki obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial and Management Engineering from Shenkar - Engineering. Design. Art. between 2013 and 2017. Lyor then pursued further education, specializing in User Experience Design, at The Interaction Design Foundation from 2017 to 2018. During this period, they obtained knowledge and skills in The Guide to Usability, Mobile UX Design, and UI Design Patterns.
