Rachel Sbano

Rachel Sbano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rachel most recently worked at TrueML as the Sr. Director of Program & Operations, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, Rachel held various roles at Crunchyroll, including Director of Product & Engineering Operations, Director of the Program Management Office, Principal Technical Project Manager, and Technical Program Manager. Rachel joined Crunchyroll in June 2017 and stayed there until May 2023.

Before Crunchyroll, Rachel worked at Hollstadt & Associates as an Agile Coach for IT Infrastructure in 2016. Prior to that, they had a stint at Capital One, where they worked as an Agile DevOps Coach from 2013 to 2016 and as a Scrum Master for Delivery Transformation & Agile Training from 2010 to 2013. Rachel also briefly held the role of Fraud Account Supervisor at Capital One in 2010.

Rachel's earlier work experience includes roles at Mid-Atlantic Financial as a Case Specialist from 2008 to 2010, AZC Associates as an Executive Assistant in 2008, Leave of Absence as a Caregiver in 2007, Burlington Coat Factory as an Assistant Buyer in 2006, and First American Title as an Assistant Title Processor from 2003 to 2006.

Rachel Sbano holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they have obtained several certifications. In March 2012, Rachel obtained a certification in Business Process Management. In January 2013, they became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance. Later that year, in December 2013, they obtained the Agile Facilitator certification from the Agile Coaching Institute. In August 2014, Rachel completed the Programming for Everybody (Python) certification offered by Coursera. Rachel'smost recent certification, the ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), was obtained in July 2015 through ICAgile.
