Raja Datta

Raja Datta has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Raja is currently working at TrueML as the Manager of Product Channel Operations, where they oversee the Channel Operations Team and focuses on creating a seamless customer experience across various communication channels. Prior to this, they worked at TrueAccord as the Email Operations Lead and Product Manager, taking charge of email operations and deliverability.

Earlier in their career, Raja worked at BOLD as a Senior Email Operations Manager and Product Manager, where they were responsible for defining and managing key performance indicators and leading the creation of the Email Operations roadmap. Raja also gained experience at YP as a Manager of Email Solutions/Operations and Marketing Site, where they managed a team and implemented automation strategies to increase efficiency.

Before that, Raja worked at Responsys Inc as a Manager of Campaign Services, leading a team in testing and launching email campaigns. Raja also worked at Lyris Inc as a Software Engineer and Senior Technical Account Manager, contributing to PHP development and providing client support.

Raja began their career as a Hybrid Account Manager at Acxiom Digital, where they focused on campaign execution and client relationships. Raja also had a brief stint as a Junior Software Engineer at Google and interned at Vayusphere.

Throughout their career, Raja has demonstrated expertise in email operations, product management, automation, and data analysis.

Raja Datta attended San Jose State University from 1999 to 2006. Raja graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering.
