Chhaily Moun

Chhaily MOUN is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Head of IT Development at TrueMoney Cambodia since October 2022. Prior to this role, Chhaily held various leadership positions at Sabay Digital Corporation from September 2015 to October 2022, including Head of DevSecOps and Software Development Manager, where responsibilities encompassed technology leadership, project management, quality assurance, technical support, and team management. Chhaily's technology expertise includes PHP and agile methodologies, alongside experience in mobile development and systems engineering. Academic qualifications include a Graduate degree in Software Systems Engineering from King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok and two bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and TEFL from the Royal University of Phnom Penh.
