Mariano Rivas

Mariano Rivas has extensive experience in front-end development and programming. Mariano is currently working as the Head of Front-end at Valt Network, where they work on transforming the Private Market industry through a networking application. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Front-end at True North, where they developed using React, Next.js, and React-Native. Mariano also worked as a Senior Front-End Developer at True North, specializing in front-end technologies such as React, Redux, and Tailwind. Mariano has also worked as a web developer, creative developer, and web designer in various companies, gaining expertise in technologies like OpenFrameworks, Processing, Arduino, WordPress, PixiJs, and Phaser.Js. Mariano has a strong background in teaching and has served as a university professor, instructing students on programming concepts using Processing. Their work experience dates back to 2001 when they worked as an Instructor in programming and web design.

Mariano Rivas obtained a Licenciatura degree in Artes Multimediales from the Universidad Nacional de las Artes from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Tecnicatura degree at the same university from 2009 to 2015. In 2006 to 2008, they attended the Universidad de Palermo but did not complete a degree. Mariano also has an additional certification in Creative Programming for Digital Media & Mobile Apps from the University of London.
