André Chinvelski

André Chinvelski has worked in the software engineering industry since 2003. André began their career as a Trainee at Palmsoft in 2005, followed by a Trainee position at CIMM in 2003. In 2006, they worked as a System Analyst at EDS, MDEV, and Canadas. André then became a Senior Software Engineer at SUNTECH | Achieving Intelligence in 2007. In 2010, they co-founded CODDE and also worked as a Software Engineer | Project Leader at Canadas. That same year, they co-founded Hora do jogo | WebQuadras and held the role of CTO, as well as Software Development Lead, QA Automation Analyst Lead, and QA Automation Analyst at SERPRO. In 2022, they began working as an Engineering Manager at Tino. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for software development for the Brazilian federal government, facilitated events such as Lean Inceptions, Design Sprints, Retrospectives, Plannings, and Scope Validations, and created tools and frameworks based on Selenium, Cucumber, and Page Objects.

André Chinvelski obtained a Bachelor's in Computer Science from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina between 2001 and 2005. André then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2013 and 2014.
