Gilmar Caldas

Gilmar Caldas has a long and varied work experience. Gilmar began their career in 2015 as a Coordinator for the ONG Fênix São Carlos/SP. In the same year, they also became the Head of Corporate Internships and the Recruitment Selection Manager of Corporate Internships for AIESEC. In 2016, they were an Intern at Arquivei, where they were responsible for analyzing customer data and finding patterns, researching customers and understanding their needs, and indicating the best product options to each client. In 2017, they worked as a Consultant at Management Solutions, where they were a methodological team member responsible for PD, LGD, and EAD calculations to several kinds of bank portfolios. Gilmar also participated in two projects, reviewing and analyzing data to create LGD models and reviewing the PD model. In 2018, Gilmar Caldas became a Strategic Planning Manager and a Business Analyst in Financial Products for Stone. Gilmar is currently the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for Tino.

Gilmar Caldas received their Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 2017. In 2020, they began a Postgraduate Financial Management program at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they are currently enrolled in.
