Nathália Santos Carvalho

Nathália Santos Carvalho has been working in the People Operations field since 2021. Nathália is currently a People Operations Manager at Tino and Z-Tech Brasil, where they are responsible for managing the employee experience teams including Events, Facilities, Infrastructure, and D.P. Nathália is also the Coordinator of Events and Facilities at Z-Tech Brasil. Previously, Nathália worked as a Coordinator of Events at OLX Brasil in 2020 and at Grupo ZAP from 2014 to 2020. At Grupo ZAP, they were responsible for the direct administration of the department budget, planning and producing events in 9 Brazilian states, mini committees for C-level clients, and a mega event for 9,000 people. Nathália also implemented onboarding in the marketing department, managed and monitored metrics and strategic objectives of the department, and was an Expert in Events. Before Grupo ZAP, Nathália worked as an Analyst of Events at Grupo ZAP from 2012 to 2014, where they were responsible for producing events in 14 Brazilian states, seminars, online lectures, press conferences, and leader meetings. Lastly, they were an Analyst of Events and a Database Marketing Assistant at Mercado Livre from 2012-2014.

Nathália Santos Carvalho completed their degree in Publicidade, propaganda e marketing at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2010 to 2013. In 2019, they attended HSMs University for the Rock In Rio Academy in Gestão e Planejamento de Eventos. In 2020, they completed a Formação Executiva em Práticas Ágeis at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In 2021, Nathália Santos Carvalho attended Faculdade Sebrae for a Curso Técnico Integrado in Administração e Negócios and ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
