Dana Viens

Dana Viens has extensive work experience in various roles related to people operations and management. They began their career in 2000 at Target, where they held various leadership positions, including Executive Team Leader in various departments. In 2017, they joined LuLaRoe as the Director of Sales and Operations. In 2020, Viens started two separate ventures: Your Notary Team, where they served as the Owner and Loan Signing Agent, and DV Divine Designs, where they worked as the Owner and Design Consultant. Their most recent position is with Truepill, where they have held multiple roles, starting as a People Operations Generalist in 2021 and currently serving as the Director of People & Culture.

Dana Viens holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Criminology from the University of South Florida, which was obtained from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, Dana obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from St. Petersburg College from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, Dana has obtained various certifications including "How to Build a Diverse, Inclusive Workplace" and "How to streamline HR Operations for Small Companies" from SHRM in 2023, "Loan Signing Agent" certification from Loan Signing System in 2021, "Notary Essentials Certification" from the National Notary Association in 2021, "Notary Public Commission" for the State of Florida in September 2020, and "Food Safety Manager Certification (FSMC)" from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP) in 2018.
