Tyler Gargano

Tyler Gargano has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tyler started their career in 2011 as a Line Cook and Kitchen Manager at Firebarn Sports Bar, where they worked until 2017. From 2015 to 2017, Tyler also took on the role of Supervisor at T.N.T. Cleaning, where they trained and managed a crew of workers and set up meetings with potential clients. In 2017, Tyler worked as a Grounds Technician at Commercial Investment Properties.

Tyler's career transitioned to the field of recruitment and staffing. In 2018 and 2019, they interned at TEKsystems as a Technical Staffing Recruiter, where they developed recruiting strategies, communicated assignment details, and partnered with the sales support team to identify potential candidates.

In 2019, Tyler took on an IT Recruiting Intern role at C&A Industries. In 2020, they became an IT Sourcing Specialist at Aureus Group, where they specialized in IT procurement.

Tyler's most recent role was as a Digital Marketing Consultant on behalf of Google at TTEC. From 2020 to 2023, they developed and maintained a pipeline of leads, conducted needs assessments, and exceeded their quota.

Currently, Tyler works at ReadyCloud Suite as a Business Development professional focusing on Equipment Returns.

Tyler Gargano attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management. In addition to their degree, they have also completed various certifications. Tyler obtained certifications in Digital Transformation with Google Cloud, Google Cloud Digital Leader Training Specialization, Infrastructure and Application Modernization with Google Cloud, Innovating with Data and Google Cloud, and Understanding Google Cloud Security and Operations, all from Coursera in March 2023. Tyler also obtained certifications in Bystander Training: From Bystander to Upstander, Communicating Across Cultures, Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues, Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All, Skills for Inclusive Conversations, and Unconscious Bias, all from LinkedIn in August 2020. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Google Ads from Google in October 2020.
