Marcel (Sean) Machado has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in technical support, customer service, and project estimation. Currently serving as a Trade Specialist and Project Estimator at TrueSource, LLC since May 2019, Marcel's previous roles include working as a 24-HelpLine Technical Specialist at Medtronic from January 2016 to May 2019, where responsibilities included providing technical support for Diabetes products. Prior to that, Marcel worked as a Dispatcher for Professional Security Consultants, Inc. from April 2013 to January 2016, and as a Server at Chili's from July 2011 to May 2013.
