Jillian Straw has been working in the professional field since 2010. Jillian began their career as a Wholesale Manager at Restaurant & Deli, where they handled new and existing provider accounts, maintained cost benefits and profit margins, and scheduled and oversaw a staff of 25 employees. In 2013, they began working at Prime Aid Pharmacy Corp. as an Operations Manager, where they handled new and existing patients with scheduling their medication refills and deliveries, handled sensitive materials professionally, and created an invoice system. In 2018, they joined Plate IQ as a Senior Marketing Coordinator, Account Executive, and Sales Development Representative. At Plate IQ, they worked with automated accounts payable software, one-click bill pay, advanced approval workflows, expense management, and cloud-based data storage. Most recently, in 2022, they joined TrueVault as a Customer Success Manager and Growth Marketing Manager.

Jillian Straw's education history includes a Certificate of Completion from General Assembly in Digital Marketing, earned in 2020. Jillian also holds two Bachelor's degrees, one in Creative Writing and one in Sociology, both earned from Hunter College between 2008 and 2012.
