Iberê Scher

Iber da Silva Santa Ana currently serves as the Operations Manager at Car Station since July 2024, overseeing operations in Brazil. Prior experience includes being the Industrial Manager at Grupo Patense, where significant production records were achieved in 2023, and a long tenure at Gerdau as Coordinator of Production and Maintenance. At Gerdau, Iber successfully managed maintenance operations, improved production efficiency, and led teams in various capacities, achieving high performance in maintenance management. Additional roles included supervision of maintenance and operations at Cummins Inc. and various positions in telecommunications and technical maintenance earlier in the career. Iber holds an MBA in Business Engineering and Process Management from the Polytechnic School of UFRJ and a degree in Production Engineering from UNISUAM, complemented by technical training in Electronics.
