Felicia Lee's work experience includes holding various roles at different companies. Felicia began their career at ConnectWell as a Research Assistant, where they assisted in developing content for a startup focused on promoting healthy lifestyle changes in the employer space. Felicia then worked as a Research Assistant at the Stanford Behavioral and Functional Neuroscience Laboratory, leading research on a medication's impact on post-operative pain recovery.

Felicia later transitioned to a career as a Professional Athlete, dedicating their time to training and competing in swimming. Felicia achieved notable accomplishments, including representing the USA National Team and earning medals in international competitions. Felicia also participated in speaking engagements and clinics to inspire young athletes and raise awareness of diversity in the sport.

After their swimming career, Felicia joined Triage Consulting Group as an Associate, where they contributed to healthcare consulting projects, particularly in revenue cycle management. Felicia then moved on to Motion., where they held the role of Senior Associate in Business Operations.

Currently, Felicia is working at Truework, where they have progressed through various roles, including Implementation Manager, Sr. Implementation Manager, Director of Implementations, and Sr. Director of Implementations. In their current position as the Vice President of Technical Services, Felicia leads post-sales functions, including Implementations and Customer Success. Truework specializes in revolutionizing the verification of private information during loan applications, home purchases, and employment screenings while enhancing data security for HR teams.
