Olivier Desroses

Olivier Desroses is an experienced Architecte entreprise and Responsable MOA at TRUFFAUT since August 2012, where responsibilities include leading a team of project managers, coordinating steering committees, managing project progress, and co-directing the digital transformation program. Previously, Olivier served as Chef de projet MOA, focusing on project execution, requirements gathering, specification drafting, and supporting key users during testing phases. Olivier also held the position of Chef de Projet Fonctionnel SAP, overseeing the upgrade project from ECC5 to ECC6 and coordinating internal technical and functional teams. Prior experience includes roles as Responsable SAP at Artenay Cereals, ensuring successful SAP module implementation, and as MM Consultant at Applium. Olivier holds a degree in Architecte digital from CentraleSupélec and has degrees in Administration and management of information technology from Université d'Orléans, alongside a DEUG in Mathematics and Computer Science.
