Joe Crosby

Joe Crosby, PMP, is an experienced marketing professional with a diverse background in digital marketing and lifecycle management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing at TruGreen since August 2025, Joe previously held the position of Director of Digital Marketing at Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare, leading a team focused on web, SEO, content, social media, and video initiatives. Prior to that, as Director of Marketing at Upperline Health, Joe was responsible for M&A marketing strategies for over 130 clinics. Joe's earlier roles at PatientPoint® included Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Account Manager, where oversight of online marketing services and team management was key. Joe’s career began as an Account Manager at All Star Medical, following a role as Client Support Manager at Lighthouse Counsel. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Lipscomb University.
