Brad Sikes

Brad Sikes has a strong background in the finance and technology sectors. Brad is currently working as the Director of Originations Technology at TruHome Solutions, LLC since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Mortgage Solutions Administrator at the same company from July 2019 to August 2021.

Before joining TruHome Solutions, LLC, Brad worked at CapWest Home Loans as a Senior Business Systems Analyst from December 2011 to July 2019. In this role, they were responsible for identifying and correcting business process deficiencies, managing sales leads, and building and maintaining a database for business intelligence queries and dashboards.

Brad also gained experience as a Business System Analyst at Commerce Bank from October 2014 to August 2015. During this time, they enhanced and maintained the TRIAD credit card decision engine, created business rules for evaluating credit card transactions, and increased efficiency using COBOL.

Earlier in their career, Brad worked as a Universal Banker at First National Bank of Omaha from January 2010 to December 2011, and as a Retail Sales Representative at Verizon Wireless from September 2006 to January 2010.

Brad Sikes obtained a Bachelor of General Studies degree in Theatre and Film from the University of Kansas, which they completed from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they have certifications as a Certified EllieMae Encompass Administrator and a Certified EllieMae Encompass Developer, obtained in August 2020 and May 2019 respectively.
