Penny Roach

Penny Roach has extensive experience in construction lending and risk mitigation for financial institutions. Penny currently serves as Vice President, Construction Lending at TruHome Solutions, LLC. Prior to that, they held roles as Vice President, Banking Partnerships at Fidelity National Fund Control and Construction Lending Executive at The Federal Savings Bank. Penny also worked at Granite Companies, where they served as Chief Client Officer - Director, Program Development and Customer Solutions, and Partner/Executive Vice President - Sales, Marketing, and Administration. In these positions, they focused on driving business growth, managing client relationships, and mitigating construction risk for national lenders.

Penny Roach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance and Marketing, from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Prior to that, they attended Brookings High School.
