Brendan S. Watkins

Brendan S. Watkins has extensive experience in product management and strategy within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of ATM and Teller Strategy at Truist since June 2023, Brendan previously held the position of Vice President of Product Management at Fiserv, where responsibilities included building high-performing teams, driving product innovation, and overseeing product P&L. Prior roles at Bank of America encompassed various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President, Senior Digital Product Consultant and Vice President for multiple areas, where Brendan led cross-functional teams, executed strategic initiatives, and enhanced customer satisfaction through effective ATM and digital solutions. Brendan holds an MBA from William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business and a BA in Political Science from Davidson College.
