Denise Adams is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the banking and contact center industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Truist Care Centers at Truist since October 2012, Denise has held various leadership roles, including Global Contact Centers Third Party Strategy, Operations and Performance Leader, and Client Care and Engagement Site Leader. Prior to Truist, Denise worked at BMO Harris Bank as Vice President, Head of Contact Center Channel Sales, Service & Performance Management, and held similar leadership positions at Regions Bank for over a decade. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology from Park University and furthered banking knowledge at Wake Forest University’s Truist School of Banking.
