Diane Rogerson

Diane Rogerson currently serves as the Chief Information Risk Officer at Truist, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this, Diane was the Deputy CTO for Morgan Stanley US Bank from October 2022 to August 2025, where leadership focused on enhancing control risk assessment and governance through partnerships with technology leadership and the Chief Information Security Officer, implementing automation and AI for improved risk insights. Diane brings over 25 years of extensive experience in Cybersecurity and Technology controls from a long tenure at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where the role of Managing Director included serving as the Global Director of Cybersecurity & Technology Controls. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
