Dominica Groom has an extensive background in various companies and roles related to culture, inclusion, diversity, and human resources. Currently serving as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Divorce Coalition, Groom has held positions such as Partner & Chief Culture, Inclusion, and Diversity Officer at Guidehouse, Vice President of Human Resources at Freddie Mac, and Senior Director of Global Operations at Marriott International. Groom's experience also includes managerial roles at organizations such as International Rett Syndrome Foundation and AIIM International. Recently, Groom took on the role of EVP and Chief Culture, DEI, and Employee Experience Officer at Truist.
