Ebony Farmer

Ebony Farmer currently serves as CPO Research and Exceptions Support at Truist, a position held since August 2021. Previously, from July 2012 to August 2021, Ebony held dual roles at PNC as Detection & Investigation Analyst Lead and Card Loss Prevention Operations Supervisor, where responsibilities included investigating suspicious activities, making critical decisions regarding account actions, and leading a diverse team towards self-sufficiency. Earlier experience includes a role as Retention Specialist at CenturyLink from December 2010 to July 2012. Ebony holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Elizabeth City State University, earned between 2005 and 2009.
