Faye Gaddy

Faye Gaddy is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in external reporting and regulatory reporting management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Internal Reporting Manager at Truist since December 2018, Faye previously held the position of External Reporting/Regulatory Reporting Manager at BB&T. Faye also has significant experience as Director of Accounting at Krispy Kreme from 1998 to 2005 and worked as a Senior Accountant at PwC from 1991 to May 1996. Faye holds a Master of Accounting degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
