Heather Gedman

Heather Gedman serves as the Executive Vice President and Head of Enterprise Performance Acceleration at Truist, responsible for transforming enterprise performance through enhanced goal setting, KPIs, and talent management to drive revenue growth. Previously, Heather held roles including EVP, Head of Client Profitability, where oversight included strategies for client profitability across various business lines, and SVP positions leading enterprise pricing technologies and credit products. Heather's experience spans multiple reputable financial institutions, with a foundation in commercial banking and relationship management. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University, alongside executive education from Northwestern. Additionally, Heather co-leads the "Juntos@Truist" initiative, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
