Kimberly Eul is the Chief Talent Officer at Truist, where responsibilities encompass overseeing Enterprise Talent Acquisition, Career Development, Talent Pipeline & Succession, Learning, Performance Management, and Early Career Development Programs. Previously, Kimberly held roles such as Leadership and Teammate Experience Leader and Senior HR Business Partner across various divisions within Truist, focusing on engagement, inclusion practices, and culture enablement. Prior to Truist, Kimberly served as Human Resources Segment Leader at Humana and held the position of Senior Vice President in Retail Banking at PNC. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior Studies from Miami University and an MBA from Xavier University.
