Mark Conger

Mark Conger is the Senior Vice President and Senior Associate General Counsel at Truist, where their practice focuses on business disputes and complex corporate litigation. With extensive experience in areas such as shareholder disputes, securities fraud, and corporate governance, they have effectively led teams for corporate investigations and responded to governmental inquiries. Prior to this role, they served as a Partner at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP and held positions at BB&T and Wachovia Bank. Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College and both an MBA and JD from Wake Forest University.
